President is setting shameful costly tone

President Obama has set the tone from the beginning of his term and frankly it is shameful! During extremely tough economic times he spent $140 million on his coronation which was three times what President Bush spent on his inauguration. He placed a tax cheat in charge of the IRS - shameful! He closed Guantanamo with no plan to deal with terrorists - shameful! He is ramming a financial "stimulus" plan down the throat of tax payers that is nothing more than millions of dollars of earmarks and election support payback - shameful!

He speaks in grand terms of bringing the country together in a bipartisan manner for the good of the people; all the while his political hacks are moving their liberal agendas forward with reckless abandon - shameful! His relentless talking down the economy and using the fear card to rally support for wasting a trillion tax dollars that will not help American families - shameful!

However, top honors in the shame column - the media - for fawning over Obama and playing the role of lap dog instead of being journalists. America deserves a stimulus package that provides private sector incentives to foster business growth which will employ more Americans resulting in an expanding and vibrant economy. The government cannot and never will be able to spend and tax our way into prosperity. It has never worked in all of history - and never will. If Obama gets his way, his dire predictions will come true. It will get worse, much worse, and all because of his failed policies. For the sake of all Americans, now is the time to put down the Obama Kool-Aid and open your eyes to what is going on before the Kool-Aid turns lethal for America.
