What would more wiretaps uncover?

What would we find out if FBI tapped telephones of Illinois legislators? At least we would find Michael Madigan, Speaker of House, plotting to get his daughter, Lisa, elected governor in 2010. If Blagojevich is the only one standing in the way of legislators raising our taxes, I'm not for his impeachment, despite his salty language in intercepted telephone calls.
