CTA resumes Blue Line service to O'Hare

Service has resumed to O'Hare on CTA Blue Line, but some residual delays may still occur, according to a CTA customer alert.

Service on the CTA Blue Line was temporarily suspended at about 8:40 a.m. this morning between Rosemont and the airport due to switching problems at O'Hare International Airport.

As a result, trains were operating between Forest Park and Rosemont only, according to a CTA customer alert.

Shuttle buses provided connecting service through the affected area.
