Answer questions before launching plan

I am glad to see our new president putting so much emphasis on creating jobs. It is critical for the economic recovery. I do have a few important questions that must be asked. How will the money and the contracts that create these jobs be doled out? How will taxpayers' money be overseen? How many of these jobs will translate to manufacturing of some sort? How many of these jobs will have the kind of longevity that will create the necessary stability for the economy to recover? Who will receive these jobs? American citizens? Documented workers? Illegal immigrants?

The answers to these, and probably a few other questions, will have to be addressed to determine how effective his plan may be. I hope he will be as thorough with his recovery plan as he has been with his campaign.
