Wheeling man charged with having sex with 16-year-old

Bartlett police have charged a 28-year-old man with criminal sexual assault in a case involving a teenage girl under age 17.

Piotr Osinski, whose last listed address is on the 1300 block of Exeter Court in Wheeling, awaits his DuPage County court date after he was charged with the felony, Bartlett police Sgt. Michael McGuigan said Monday. Police arrested Osinski on Thursday.

Osinski molested the girl after befriending her family about a year ago, McGuigan said. Police learned about the situation last month, he added.
