Law critical from where he stands

I am responding to your Saturday Soapbox opinion "A turn for the worst." Try being a pedestrian, or in my case a bicyclist, attempting to cross the street on a walk signal while an oblivious motorist rolls by in front of you looking in the opposite direction for a break in the traffic. Then you'll realize the importance of enforcing this law.
