Three-alarm fire at building in Lake County's Wadsworth

Lake County firefighters were busy this morning fighting a blaze at a building at Russell Road and Route 41 in Wadsworth in northern Lake County.

The fire, a three-alarm blaze that broke out at about 5 a.m., has prompted response from most Lake County fire departments.

The building has collapsed, police officials said, and ammunition inside the facility has been heard going off.

It's unclear what caused the blaze, officials said, and if there are any injuries. It's also unclear why ammunition could be inside the building.

Russell Road has been closed down between I-94 and Route 41 to give fire departments room to battle the fire.
