Cheap eats after work

Morton's The Steakhouse in Westchester has an after-work special through the month of February. Mini-cheeseburgers are $1 and three brands of beer (Sam Adams Seasonal, Miller Lite and Bud Light) are sold for $3.

Sushi showoff

Shaw's Crab House hosts an interactive Japanese Sushi Demonstration and Lunch. Participants get their own bamboo sushi mat and learn how to make sushi rice, hand-pressed nigiri sushi and hand-rolled maki. A Saketini cocktail is also included.

I heart pizza

Boston's The Gourmet Pizza serves up heart-shaped pizzas in time for Valentine's Day. For each pie sold, $1 is donated to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
