New signs are not really necessary

Who pays for this? OK, so let me get this straight. The state is running a deficit, programs are being cut, talk about raising taxes abounds because of the deficit but we will have excess monies to remove and eradicate the Governors name from every surface.

Where is this money going to come from? Another great decision from our elected officials in Springfield courtesy of the people that vote to keep them in office. Go figure.
