Couple found slain in Country Club Hills home

Authorities say a 77-year-old man and his 75-year-old wife were found shot to death in the master bedroom of their Country Club Hills home.

Country Club Hills Police Chief Bill Brown says Leon Taylor and Minnie Taylor were found Thursday night after a neighbor called police to report she hadn't seen them since Sunday.

Brown said Friday that the Taylors each had a single gunshot wound to the head. He says there weren't any signs of struggle in the house.

Brown says it's unclear when the couple were killed, but police think it was at least two days ago.
