Media continues Obama, Dem bias

The love fest between the media and Obamadom continues.

Here are just three examples of incidents where the media has chosen to give President-elect Obama and the Democrats another free pass:

1. Obama told the public that he would conduct an internal investigation into his staff's actions in the Blagojevich/Burris fiasco. His "report" that was never published simply stated that there was no wrongdoing from any of his people. End of story and the media did nothing except to say or do nothing.

2. Obama's choice for Secretary of the Treasury, Timothy Geithner, "forgot" to pay some $34,000 in taxes. The Democrats, including Obama, called it an "honest mistake." The amount was deemed to be minor. Since when is $34,000 minor particularly when it involves the IRS?

3. The Associated Press, in a strange moment of even-handedness, reports that Sen. Hillary Clinton intervened at least six times on behalf of her husband's "charity" foundation. During her confirmation hearings she refused to answer questions regarding Bill's foundation. Has the media weighed in on this situation with any real effort? No. Say or believe anything you want about the Clintons, but these two people are manipulators and that is not going to change.

If any of the above situations had involved Republicans, the media and the Democrats would have been screaming to high heaven and demanding full disclosure and resignations.

Where Democrats and now Obama are concerned, the media sleeps.
