Kimberly Parker-Bright, Grayslake

Kimberly Parker-Bright is headed to the inauguration without a ticket. The 50-year-old from Grayslake says it doesn't matter if she doesn't get close enough to see the event.

"I don't care if I'm five miles away," she said. "I need to be there. I've been following Obama's career since he was in the senate. This is an amazing time for our country."

Parker-Bright is a teacher for the hearing-impaired students in the Special Education District of Lake County. (SEDOL).
