American spirit will win out

I feel that the model for 2009 should be "2009 Will Be Just Fine," that is, if the media will stop the constant doom and gloom. It is my belief that the American spirit will win out. As Bill Murray so beautifully stated in the movie "Stripes," "We are a country of mutts and mutts are the strongest breed."
