Former Bartlett parks official indicted

A DuPage County grand jury has handed up an indictment against the former Bartlett Park District vice president on child pornography charges, according to court records made public Friday. Charles F. Rowe, 61, will be officially arraigned Tuesday. He resigned from office while serving a second 6-year term after his arrest last month. Rowe is free on bond.
