Nobody should hike taxes these days

How can Wheeling Township and High School District 214 even consider adding to our property taxes when we're in a recession and can't afford necessities for our families?

They should learn to live with what they have and not even think about raising taxes!

While I'm at it, let's have a cutoff age for school districts of 65 years of age. We have already paid to educate our own children. Let today's children's parents educate their own children, like we did.

Enough is enough! It's easy to spend other peoples' money. The well has run dry!
