Film screening: "The Diving Bell and the Butterfly" is presented at the AU Film Series at 7 p.m. Jan. 28 in Crimi Auditorium in the Institute for Collaboration, 407 S. Calumet Ave., Aurora. A discussion follows the screening.

Religion talk: Noted author Philip Jenkins discusses "How Will Global Christianity Transform American Churches?" at 7 p.m. Jan. 29 in Perry Theatre in the Aurora Foundation Center, 1305 Kenilworth Place, Aurora. The Wackerlin Center for Faith and Action is the sponsor.
