• Route 31, both lanes, north of Carpentersville, especially near the Springhill Center for Commerce & Industry

• Huntley Road in West Dundee and Carpentersville

• Elgin's Willard Avenue between Chicago and Villa streets

• Elgin's Summit Street, west of Route 25

• Route 25, just north of Interstate 90 near Elgin

• Bluff City Boulevard in Elgin

• Lillian Street in Elgin
