Brasserie to offer King's Cake for Epiphany
Royal treat
The French celebrate the Christian feast of Epiphany (when the Magi visited baby Jesus) as King's Day. Part of the tradition includes the galette des rois, or King's Cake, a flaky puff pastry with almond creme filling and a trinket bestowing "king for a day" status hidden inside. On King's Day, all diners at Brasserie JO receive a free galette des rois.
