Antioch offense keeps clicking
Antioch's girls basketball team posted its season-high point total for the second game in a row.
Led by Lindsey Gofron and Katrina Holm, the Sequoits defeated Reed-Custer 67-51 in third-round action of the Lisle tournament Monday night.
Antioch (6-6, 2-1) was coming off a 66-point effort against Holy Trinity on Saturday.
Gofron totaled 16 points, a season-best 7 assists and 5 rebounds. Holm had a season-high 13 points, 5 steals and 5 assists.
Antioch resumes the tournament Tuesday against either Timothy Christian and Mt. Assisi.
