Thanks to pros who answered rescue call

I am writing this to express my appreciation to the Lake Zurich Fire Rescue, Lake Zurich Police Department and LifeSource for their prompt and gracious response to a call this past Saturday. What started out as a well-intentioned gesture of donating blood for the first time by my daughter, ended with her being transported to the local hospital. Within a few minutes of the 911 call, emergency personnel arrived at the site and administered the necessary first aid and then took her to Good Shepherd Hospital for additional aid. I was impressed with their courteous and friendly attitude which helped to lessen the severity of the situation and put my daughter at ease as best as possible. This was the first time I have ever called 911 and I just wanted to publicly thank everyone of those men who responded to our call for help. Excellent service! Additionally, I want to thank the personnel at LifeSource for their caring and attentive response and I hope this episode will not discourage anyone from donating blood, especially at this critical time in the year!
