What good has Quinn been?

Lt. Gov. Pat Quinn says that he is ready to lead. He stated that from the time of his re-election in 2006 he was aware that the governor was under a federal investigation. Yet he apparently did nothing to contribute to or assist the investigation from that time to now. But now he is ready to step up. The beat continues in Illinois politics. Ugh!
