Illinois State still perfect

NORMAL - Champ Oguchi scored 18 points, including a pair of back-to-back 3-pointers in the final minutes, to lead Illinois State to a 67-60 win over Illinois-Chicago on Saturday.

Four players scored in double figures for ISU (11-0). Osiris Eldridge had a double-double (14 points, 11 rebounds), and Lloyd Phillips and Brandon Sampay scored 10 points apiece.

Josh Mayo led UIC (7-3) with 22 points, including three 3-pointers, and Scott Vandermeer added 10 points. Tori Byrd led the Flames in rebounds with 7.

ISU led 34-27 at halftime. ISU shot 36.7 percent from the field compared to UIC's 35.7 percent.
