Notes: The tournament benefits the Tiger Woods Foundation. Woods will return to play next year. He hasn't played since having knee surgery after his U.S. Open victory.

Notes: Ernie Els, the 1992, '96, '98 and 2006 winner, tops the South African contingent along with '07 champ James Kingston, Masters champion Trevor Immelman, Retief Goosen, Tim Clark, Rory Sabbatini and Charl Schwartzel.
