Rosary rolls past Yorkville
Rosary defeated Yorkville 59-20 Tuesday to improve to 2-0 in the Oswego Holiday Classic.
For the second consecutive game, the Royals (9-3) held a team to 0 points in a quarter. They did it against the Foxes in the first, when they took a 19-0 lead.
"It was a nice start," Rosary coach Dave Beebe said. "The starters did a nice job."
Starter Jordan Rettig finished with 18 points while fellow starters Stephanie Haugen (12 points) and Katie Petrando (8 points) contributed as well.
