Dist. 214 levy hike must be a misprint

Surely there must have been a printing error ... the article heading read, "Dist. 214 will seek tax levy increase."

Surely it was intended to read "DECREASE." That would be more in keeping with the times.

My view matches what I hear from many others - education expense investment above Grade 5 needs to decrease - markedly.
