Illinois tops in political corruption

As the news of the arrest of Gov. Rod Blagojevich for rampant corruption unfolds in Illinois (while previous Gov. George Ryan serves a 6 year term for ... guess what?), Illinois has now risen to #1 in a BCS poll that is NOT related to the NCAA! My new poll is similarly initialed BCS, but stands for the undesirable title of Biggest Corrupt State!

With three governors being convicted of various charges of corruption in the last 35 years, and Blagojevich striving to be the fourth, Illinois has a stranglehold on my latest survey!
