Fox View has no place next to school

There is no reason that a low-income housing project should be next to a school. The low income housing development, Fox View, is a danger to the safety and futures of Dundee-Crown students and should be removed from next to the school. Why should District 300 and the Carpentersville residents have to spend money to clean up a problem that can't be fixed? Students are put in danger by Fox View's close proximity to the school, leaving students no more than a few hundred yards away from a dangerous center for crime. Students are also hurt by the stigma that Fox View puts on Dundee-Crown. This can result in students moving out of district or attending private school. There is no viable reason to have Fox View near any school, and it should be relocated immediately to improve the safety and well being of Dundee-Crown students.
