Call this the revenge of the Republicans

To get even with the Democrats for the Clinton White House staff removing the "W" keys from the computer keyboards, Bush and his Republican staff decided to retaliate on the incoming Obama Democratic administration by emptying the U.S. Treasury and giving it all away to a bunch of incompetents.
