Man urinated on Kane courthouse property
An apparently intoxicated Clarendon Hills man was caught urinating on a wall at the Kane County courthouse in St. Charles, police said Monday.
James C. Cullen, 22, of 21 Indian Drive, relieved himself near the courthouse steps about 9:30 a.m. Friday and was spotted by a security guard monitoring the entrance, according to a police report.
When officers approached, they smelled a strong odor of alcohol on Cullen's breath and noted he "had a hard time standing," slurred his speech, and "couldn't make complete sentences," the report stated.
Cullen was charged with disorderly conduct and was in the county jail Monday with bail set at $25,000. He's due in court Thursday.
