Woman charged in crash that killed 3

A 43-year-old LaSalle County woman is due to be arraigned this coming week on charges related to a drunken driving crash that left a woman and her two young children dead.
Ann Marie Getz of Ransom is to be arraigned on Thursday. Getz faces eight counts of aggravated driving under the influence. Grundy County prosecutors say she has two previous DUI convictions.
The Nov. 6 crash killed 27-year-old Amanda Jahn of Dwight and her two children, 3-year-old Ryan and 1-month-old Kaitlyn. Getz was hospitalized for six days following the accident but has been held in the Grundy County jail in Morris on $1 million bond.
