Thanks to all who help animals

As the holidays draw near, I always like to stop and reflect on all the blessings I have received. Celebrating the joy of the season provides that "warm fuzzy."

And even though I am busy getting together with family and friends, I would like to stop and give thanks to all those that touch my life and the lives of the Naperville Area Humane Society everyday.

Daily, I am greeted by wagging tails, wet noses and playful cats. But, what also makes the humane society a fantastic place are all of the wonderful people who support us throughout the year. We could not accomplish all the things we do without the generosity of our sponsors and donors. Although there are too many to list individually, please know that we are truly grateful to each and every one of you.

You inspire me to work hard and it is a fact that NAHS wouldn't exist without you. You give of your time, love and care so freely and we all benefit from it. Our board of directors also give of their time and their talents and you have brought us far. Finally, the staff that I have the honor to work with every day. You are all amazing, dedicated and compassionate individuals.

On behalf of the Naperville Area Humane Society, thank you all for your support throughout the year. May you all feel the joy and love of the season and throughout the year. You are all our Angels for the Animals.
