Weather causing delays, cancellations at airports

Due to low visibility Wednesday afternoon, O'Hare International Airport canceled more than 75 flights by 7:30 p.m., according to the Chicago Department of Aviation.

Uncanceled flights also faced delays averaging 15 minutes.

Delays at Midway Airport were averaging 30 minutes, though a handful of flights were delayed more than an hour. Midway had yet to cancel any flights by 4:30 p.m., however.
