O'Hare experiencing delays, cancellations

O'Hare International Airport experienced numerous weather-related flight delays and cancellations Sunday afternoon and evening.

As of 9:55 p.m., the Chicago Department of Aviation reported that more than 50 flights at O'Hare had been canceled throughout the day, with delays averaging 60 to 90 minutes for uncanceled flights.

Though some delays at Midway Airport stretched over an hour, the average delay was 15 to 45 minutes. There were no flight cancellations at Midway Sunday.
