Buffalo Grove 57, Regina 30: First year Bison coach Pat Dudle notched his first career win as the Bison (1-3) were led by Heather Nisbet (15 points), Brittany Abrahms (career-high 14) and Andrea DiPrima (9).

"We played great team defense," Dudle said. "We got to the free-throw line, and we made them (11-of-12)."

Nisbet and DiPrima each were 4-of-4 at the line.

Prospect 55, W. Chicago 38: Alyssa Glennon led the Knights (4-1) on offense (10 points) and defense while Rachel Hunt and Katelyn Kozinski each chipped in 8 in the third round of the Lyons Township tourney.

Lexi Glennon added 7 and Marissa Pettenuzzo 6 for the Knights (4-1, 3-0 in tourney), who will play Lyons Township today at 1:30 p.m. for the championship.

Conant 54, West Aurora 37: Senior guard Emma Loos scored a game-high 17, junior guard Ashley Lindeman had 13 and junior forward Kesley McMahon contributed 10 to help the Cougars to victory in War-Hawk tournament play at Waubonsie Valley.

Senior guard Angie Lonski had 8 points, including a pair of 3-pointers, for Conant.

Glenbrook S. 51, Schaumburg 39: Senior center Sarah Kellermeyer led the Saxons (2-3) with 11 points and 5 rebounds and 4 steals while Sarah McGinn added 8 points and 7 rebounds.

Rockford Boylan won the tourney it a perfect 5-0 record while Glenbrook South was second.
