Poles sacrificed during Holocaust

I was horrified to read the first sentence of the Nov. 12 article that identified the concentration camp as "Polish."

There were NO Polish concentration camps, EVER. These were GERMAN concentration camps built by Germans in German-occupied Poland for the sole purpose of exterminating millions of people - Jews and non-Jews alike - 3 million Catholic Poles perished too, yet no one wants to remember their deaths.

Wouldn't it be "righteous" if a Holocaust Museum - if not for justice then for historical accuracy's sake - incorporated an exhibit to memorialize the Other Holocaust, the Forgotten Holocaust of the Polish Nation.

Yad Vashem, The Righteous Among Nations title is bestowed to thousands of Poles who sacrificed themselves and their families to save Jews ... and what a sacrifice it was - in Poland, unlike any other European country, the Germans executed not only the people who helped Jews, but their entire families as well.

No, "Polish" and "concentration camp" most definitely do not belong together.
