It's time for Cubs to retire No. 31

Hopefully, the Cubs the will take the Blackhawks' lead of retiring a jersey number for two legendary players. The Blackhawks retired No. 3 for Pierre Pilote and Keith Magnuson. The Cubs should retire No. 31 for Hall of Fame pitcher Fergie Jenkins and future Hall of Fame pitcher Greg Maddux.
