Where is the change we were promised?

For many months now we have all listened to the mantra "Change." A majority of U.S. voters voted for the presidential candidate using the mantra. The same voters selected the disgraced Illinois General Assembly to remain the same. The same voters voted to keep the same ineffectual House of Representatives members with few exceptions. The same voters voted to keep the same contentious members of the U.S. Senate with few exceptions. These are the same politicians that voted with the hated President Bush to nationalize our financial industry, the same people who voted to keep our military involved all over the world.

Will we have change? The President-Elect's first team member choice is a highly partisan Democrat operative. The President-Elect promises more bailouts for industries that failed to manage their businesses, the same message that the hated Bush administration espouses. The President-Elect seems bent on rewarding failed businesses just like that last administration did.

Change? I don't think so! I see the same partisan fighting. I see the same old bailout of failures. I see the same party continuing the failed subprime mortgage problem started by them under President Clinton. I see a resurgence of the failed President Carter foreign relations. Prove me wrong, institute change to make us more productive, to keep more of the money we earn, to reduce the bloated Bush bureaucracy, to stop spending our tax dollars on foreign interests, to stop subsidizing the businesses sending our jobs out of the country, to end the Bush push for amnesty for illegal aliens.
