McHenry County adds flu shot clinic

McHenry County Department of Health has added another flu shot clinic from 1 to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 25 at its Woodstock location, 2200 N. Seminary Ave., Annex A. Appointments for adults and children age nine and older can be made online at mcdh.info or by calling (815) 334-4510 between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. MCDH offers influenza vaccine which is preservative-free (mercury-free); the fee is $35. Medicare Part B is accepted.

For children who are less than nine years of age, flu shot appointments should be made at the Children's Clinic at (815) 334-4536.
