Illinois man charged with molesting 3 girls

A 40-year-old Streator man has been charged with four sexual abuse counts and is accused of molesting three girls under the age of 16.

Robert Elliott was held in the LaSalle County jail on Tuesday in lieu of $4,000 bond. He was brought there from North Dakota this week to face charges of predatory sexual assault of a child and three counts of sexual abuse.

Elliott is to appear in court on Dec. 4.
