Bail set for Chicago woman on kidnapping charge
A judge has set bail at $750,000 for a Chicago woman charged with trying to kidnap a 3-year-old girl from a store on the city's Northwest Side.
Chicago police say 44-year-old Jeanette Roldan was captured on surveillance tape leading Sana Patel from the store.
Roldan faces aggravated kidnapping of a child under 13.
She was arrested Monday, just after the girl was found safe less than a mile away from the CVS Pharmacy where she was last seen.
Police say Roldan lives in the same Northwest Side neighborhood as the store.
Sana's parents reported her missing Monday after realizing she was no longer inside the pharmacy.
