Burger King team brings her back

Due to many negative letters submitted, I wanted to submit a "positive," happy, complimentary letter.

I live in Yorkville and commute to Geneva on a daily basis. Several months ago, after a long stressful morning commute, I stopped at the Burger King located in Batavia on Houston Street and Route 31. I was extremely surprised by the upbeat, happy, friendly and polite staff working at this Burger King. The manager, Lloyd, was very pleasant and very personable. The following week, I decided to drive through this Burger King again to verify if the staff is that efficient and pleasant every day. To my delight the staff was, once again, extremely pleasant, efficient, professional and upbeat. I have become a regular customer due to receiving the type of excellent service that has become very rare nowadays!

I would like to thank the staff (especially Lloyd) for allowing me to begin my work day with a very warm and fuzzy, happy feeling! I would encourage you to visit this restaurant and experience the type of pleasant, efficient customer service of the past.
