Construction starts at new Wal-Mart
ROUND LAKE BEACH - Village officials will host a ground breaking ceremony at the new Wal-Mart Supercenter at Route 83 and Monaville. Public officials will be on hand for the ceremony at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 6.
