Maine Twp. grateful for resident support

Maine Township truly strives to provide the best for all of its residents. Township staff and the programs they run all serve the purpose of benefiting the daily lives of those who reside here.

One of the best examples of this is represented in our annual Community Garage Sale. While the township does spearhead this event, it is truly the residents who make it such a success.

It is with great pleasure that I thank all who bought a space to financially support the MaineStay Adventure Day Camp for underprivileged children. Also, sincere thanks goes to our staff and volunteers along with all those who donated items for the township to sell at the Garage Sale, proceeds of which are donated to our Emergency Food Pantry.

Overall the event was a great success. It was a beautiful day and Town Hall was bustling with happy shoppers. The fact that all the funds raised will go toward the further benefit of the township's residents made it all the more special to be a part of.

Again, thank you to all who participated, and for your service to our community.
