A great arts calendar awaits you in 2009

On behalf of the board of the Palatine/Inverness Arts Council, I would like to express our sincere gratitude to the Village of Palatine and numerous community business sponsors for their financial support of our 2009 Youth Art Calendar.

Each year we on the board look forward to admiring hundreds of entries from the youth of Palatine and Inverness. Each piece is special because of the hard work and beautiful expression of talent our youth display.

When you receive your 2009 calendar in late December or early January, please take a moment to enjoy all of the pieces included and know that they represent only a small portion of a very large, artistic group of children and young adults living in our communities.

And also, take note of our sponsors so you can thank them for supporting the arts and the youth of Palatine and Inverness the next time you cross paths.
