Keep Midway funds out of Olympics

Now that Mayor Daley plans to lease Midway Airport, he states that half the money will go to maintain city infrastructures and the rest held in reserve. I wonder if reserve means Olympics.

It would be nice if the city council put a stipulation on the funds that prohibited spending for Olympic related projects - nice but the impossible dream.
