Campton Hills worth fighting for

As a 10-year resident of Campton Hills, and now the Village of Campton Hills, this election is most important to our community and I will vote no on the dissolution our village. The opposition has specialized in misinformation and confusing our residents. I will not sit by and permit the minority of people to take away our village we have worked so hard to establish to maintain our quality of life.

The facts are simple:

• Look at your tax bill. There are no Campton Hills taxes and will not be.

• Police protection has never been better.

• Local leaders care about us. Kane County will not.

• District 303 costs will continue to go up if we do not control growth.

• I believe my property value is far better with the village.

Everyone who wants to maintain our rural lifestyle, believes our local government is best for us, and wants to control our futures must get out and vote no Nov. 4. Let's settle this for good.
