Hundreds turn out for Hudson vigil
Hundreds of people have gathered outside Jennifer Hudson's childhood home to pray for her mother, brother and nephew on the day the child was found dead in the back of an SUV.
The candlelight vigil included singing, holding hands and prayers on a chilly Monday night in front of the large, white home in Chicago's Englewood neighborhood where Darnell Donerson, Jason Hudson and Julian King lived.
Sobbing neighbors and shocked community members have contributed to a growing memorial of stuffed animals, balloons and flowers outside the home.
Doris Jones says she's a neighbor. She says she wanted to come out and support the community and to let Jennifer Hudson know how much she cares and is praying for the Oscar winning actress.
