Buffalo Grove board supports Mathias

In the 53rd Legislative District, there has been an avalanche of campaign mailings and ads containing outrageous misrepresentations and false innuendos directed against State Rep. Sidney Mathias.

We would like to set the record straight. We know Sid Mathias as an upstanding individual, a man of integrity, who has served our community and his district well.

Sid is an experienced leader with a bona fide record of service and accomplishment. He has done a superb job representing the interests of the 53rd District in Springfield.

Sid is steadfastly committed to preserving our quality of life, and he has been an outstanding and effective advocate for our interests on such critical issues as improving transportation, health care, public safety and education, providing for seniors, the disabled and the disadvantaged, and reducing our tax burden.

Rep. Sidney Mathias has earned our support through his hard work and dedication to public service, and we wholeheartedly endorse his re-election.

Please join with us on Nov. 4 and vote to re-elect Sidney Mathias as state representative for the 53rd District.
