Three from Cook County face felony drug charges

Three suburban men appeared in court Saturday in Rolling Meadows on felony drug possession charges.

Justin R. Dyrkacz, 19, of 205 W. Kenilworth Ave. in Prospect Heights, was arrested about 4 a.m. Saturday after he reportedly took his father's car without permission and had a hypodermic needle and .3 grams of heroin with him, said Cook County Assistant State's Attorney Jerome R. Allen. Cook County Associate Judge John J. Scotillo set bond at $3,000 and ordered Dyrkacz to appear at 9 a.m. Nov. 20 in courtroom 108.

Streamwood police investigating a minor single-car crash at 4:20 a.m. Saturday arrested Angel Paris, 27, of 1960 Sycamore Ave. in Hanover Park, and charged him with possessing 1 gram of cocaine. Bond was set at $5,000 and his next court date is 1:30 p.m. Nov. 20th in courtroom 108.

Sean M. Delaney, 21, of 548 S. Evergreen Ave. in Arlington Heights, was arrested shortly after midnight Saturday while parked outside a cafe in Palatine. He was charged with possessing 1.5 grams of cocaine. Bond was set at $5,000 and he is to appear at 10:30 a.m. Nov 20 in courtroom 108.
