Give no more money to forest preserve

I have read during the last weeks and months about various opinions regarding the upcoming political races and I find it amazing that no one has expressed their opinion regarding the upcoming vote on $185 million that the LCFP is trying to slide by with nonsense information about how they need more land with no regard to the real cost to taxpayers.

Their Web site advertises no increase in taxes.

How about my taxes go DOWN for once in my lifetime? How about instead of asking for more you DON'T and you thank the taxpayers for paying back the first $185 million? How about you actually cut cost and pay for you health care like most working Americans do?

I urge Lake County voters to finally say enough is enough and vote NO. I want my taxes to GO DOWN!
